Toast - Various Toppings and Spreads
Why? Toast for lunch - yes really! Who said lunch had to be a complicated affair? Okay so toast may not be the most innovative meal idea ever (it's a snack really), but it is really cheap, quick to prepare and will fill you up! Plus most people like toast. If you have a toaster at work it's a great lunchtime filler and an easy way to save a few quid, and if not then you can always lump it with untoasted bread. It's so cheap you can add a snack - and a fruity one is probably a good idea considering that toast isn't the most nutritious snack ever. You can also swap white bread for wholemeal if want to take a healthier approach.
