- 250g pack of Ryvita
- 250-300g pack of soft cheese (low-fat if you prefer)
- Portion of fruit
How to Prepare:
Simple - have 3-4 slices of Ryvita per day depending on how many are in your pack and eat with your soft cheese. Try to stick to a 5th of the pack so it keeps you going all week, if you can't control yourself it might be worth buying cheese portions instead! Then a piece of fruit is always a good addition to a healthy lunch, but if you're feeling naughty you can always add or substitute it with a bar of chocolate or crisps.
