- 250ml bottle of extra virgin olive oil
- Ciabatta loaf
- Vine Tomatoes
How to Prepare:
Slice 2 vine tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with 1/3 of the ciabatta loaf (or similar quality bread) and a small bowl of olive oil for dipping. You could also add balsamic vinegar to your dipping oil as a variation or try tearing fresh basil over the tomatoes. 3 days worth of portions is about right for a standard loaf of bread without it going stale and the olive oil will last you for other lunch ideas like salads.
