Chicken Caesar Wrap
Why? A chicken wrap is tasty and filling with protein to keep you going in the afternoon, and making your own is much cheaper than a shop bought version. Here's a basic recipe you can experiment with - for example swap lettuce for fresh spinach, add bacon bits or add cheese.

Shopping List
- 6 pack of flour tortilla
- 15 pack Birds Eye Chicken Dippers
- 2 pack cos lettuce
- Supermarket brand caesar dressing
How to Prepare:
You'll need to prepare the chicken dippers in advance by baking in the oven according to pack instructions - you want 3 per portion, and you could cook 6 or 9 in advance for 2 or 3 days worth. At work, simply take one tortilla tear off a couple of leaves of the lettuce (don't forget to rinse it), add three chicken dippers (you can hot these up in the microwave if there is one) and drizzle over caesar dressing. Chicken dippers are a cheap and tasty option, but if you don't mind spending a bit more you can get pre-cooked chicken breast from the supermarket, or even better if they have a rotisserie, get it fresh!
