Why? So many reasons! Eating cereal for lunch is cheap, quick to prepare and if you believe what Kelloggs marketeers then a good way to lose weight (that's if you swap it for 2 meals a day). It is also pretty filling and there are lots of varieties you can choose from which mean it is also fairly enjoyable as long as you don't think it's topsy-turvy eating breakfast cereal at lunch. There are 5 different options below listed from the cheapest to the most expensive. Of course price estimates are based on standard pack prices of brand-named cereals so you can cut costs even more by buying supermarket brands and taking advantage of in store BOGOF offers.

How to Prepare:
Not much preparation required here at all - one of the obvious advantages of eating cereal for lunch! Simply pour a 30g serving (50g for Jordans Country Crisp) and eat with milk (if you're buying a pint, you can probably make it last 5 working days as long as no one at work steals your milk!)
